To Place an order:
•Place order directly in CaterTrax in “In a Flash” order section
•Call “In a Flash” Hot Line ~ 857-260-2100 (7:00AM – 2:30PM Monday through Friday) and verbally place an order
•If it is after hours and an Urgent Order is needed for the next day, please use “In a Flash” in CaterTrax to place the order. Follow the guidelines listed below
Delivery of items:
•Guest Pick up At Catering Kitchen L2
•Delivery (Main Campus only ~ This includes OBC and Neville House)
•Information needed for a Delivery Location (All items required)
o Three items needed: Building; Floor; Room Number/Office Number (Additionally, if known Nearest elevator on the Pike is helpful)
o If this in a restricted Area, please pick a delivery location that we can meet
Hours of Delivery Breakfast:
•Monday - Friday
•8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
•15 Minute intervals
•One Hour lead time (placed before 7:00 AM for 8:00 AM earliest delivery.)
•If the order is ready sooner than one hour, we will deliver earlier
Hours of Delivery Lunch:
•Monday - Friday
•10:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Last order must be placed by 2:00PM)
•15 Minute intervals
•Two & half hour lead time (placed before 8:00 AM for 10:30 AM earliest delivery)
•For later delivery times, please call
Tendering:
•People Soft Number
•Credit Card
Other Details
•All appropriate paper products, traditional condiments and utensils provided for food ordered
•Clean up ~ All deliveries are drops with no pickup of equipment
